This week was my annual skin check and follow-up appointment. I see Betsy and she is spectacular - attentive and kind, she really makes me feel not like just a number on a computer screen but an actual person. My skin issue has gotten exponentially better since seeing her, and I will keep coming for my yearly check-ups.

Just went for the first time yesterday. New patients have a wait period of 7ish months, but it was worth it. All the staff were very friendly, including reception and the medical assistants. The provider, Betsy, is thorough, kind, and makes you feel comfortable when nervous. She has great professional bedside manner and is genuinely concerned, and most importantly, listens.

Had appointment for minor surgical procedure. Waited about 10-15 minutes. Dr Lenahan was very pleasant and offered options at my discretion for a couple of skin issues. No pressure to choose either option. Her staff was professional and efficient. And very nice. I will stay with Dr Lenahan as long as she will have me.

I see Elizabeth “Betsy” Cali, FNP-BC. I am very impressed with the professionalism, care, and concern shown to me by Betsy and her staff. You will notice a difference in care from the receptionist to your practitioner. It took longer than it should for me to find a good dermatologist in the Buffalo area. If you are like me, you will be impressed with Lenahan Dermatology.

I went to the Main Street office for my first visit. I was greeted immediately with a smile. The receptionist was so friendly. I waited about 60 seconds before I was escorted to the examining room. There again I was greeted by a friendly staff member who asked me medical questions. Betsy was the staff member who examined me with kindness and professionalism. I would like to commend this wonderful staff and recommend anyone who needs a dermatologist to go to this practice. Can't say enough good about my experience.

I came here for a second opinion on some odd marks on my body.
Betsy took care of me & there were 3 others in the room with me.
Betsy was very thorough. She looked at every mark, which is the way it should be.
Everyone was so nice & very easy to talk to & explain things to.
They were REALLY listening & comforting.
This is definitely going to be my new dermatologist.
When I first walked in , it was a lot bigger than I expected & it was so clean.
They have sanitizer for anyone to use.
The exam rooms are spacious & clean.
I really like this place.
