Meet Rachel, the owner and head chef at High Country Catering. She was born & raised in Colorado in a small town called Brighton. Her love for food started when she was young, and baking for her Grandpa was her favorite hobby. It wasn't long after high school before she knew she wanted to make a career out of it.
If the wedding food served is great, your guests will remember it for a long time. While there should be something for everyone, the food served should be of top quality. As an experienced Wedding Caterer, we can accommodate the special needs of your guests like food allergies, or even create menu options to impress those guests that are vegan.
Is your job to busy to sit down for lunch? Do you have workers that work in the field? Not a problem! We have delicious Grab N' Go box lunches available. We deliver right to your workers in the field or right to the office for your busy lunch hour and business meetings. If your event is a Monday-Thursday we have a discount for you!
Delivery is pro-rated depending on the area you live in and is done by Brighton Express Deliveries. If you don't see your area listed please message us directly first before placing an order. We ask that you leave a cooler on your front porch for us to deliver into if you will not be home. Delivery times normally range from 2PM-6PM every Monday unless otherwise stated.
