What a waste of time visiting this place. I bought a sandwich and side salad and the salad was wilted and the sandwich was a club with honestly one strip of bacon. If I wasn't on my lunch hour and didn't have to rush out of there because they took forever to make a sandwich. I would have returned the sandwich and asked for my money back. POOR QUALITY!!!!!!

I always use Etais (formerly Udis) to cater for my meetings in Denver. The most recent order was awesome. Ordered right at 430 (the cutoff time for next day service) and they called to confirm a few details. They pay close attention to detail.
The food showed up right on time, and was beautifully boxed in sturdy trays neatly stacked in a cardboard box so I could move everything down to the conference room right away.
Here's some tips and tricks if you are ordering for a group. I always order the signature sandwich trays, and the reason why is that you can specify which sandwiches go on

Funerals...who needs em? Evidently we all do.
When they happen all of a sudden you've got to feed a mess of people - 200+
Sandwiches, salads, fruit and dessert bars. I lost count of the variety of sandwiches - vegan, turkey, roast beef, chicken, ham on as many different kinds of bread with as many different inside combos of lettuce, tomato, avocado, onion. I spent 10 minutes just deciding which sandwich to choose.
Salads - an excellent green and a good pasta. Lots of fresh fruit to keep the scurvy away, and 6 or 7 kinds of dessert bars, damn they were good. Coffee, lemonade and tea

Udi's catering is a great option for parties! Udi's catered food for our party of about 40 people. The online ordering was a breeze, the customer service was friendly, the order was exact and on time! They set everything up and all was good to go.
The food was fresh and good quality! The food trays are displayed so beautifully. If ever the need, I will use them again!

I actually have only eaten Udi's Handcrafted Foods on Frontier Airlines (they're based in Denver). I had the mild wasabi chicken sandwich, and it was superb! So great I got another one on the flight home too. :)
I'm actually looking forward to flying again to get another one. He he he. (It's true!).

This place is amazing. Their food consistently shines - it's always tastes great, it's fresh, and it's creative. And it's such a find in the neighborhood. The mango chicken curry panini is the best sandwich I've ever eaten in my life. It's like tikka masala with mango chutney and gouda. And the bread reminds you of really good naan. I started thinking I was a little nuts because I couldn't stop talking about it. But every one of my coworkers who's tried it says the exact same thing. CRAZY good.
