Located across the ground floor, these rental condos offer visitors easy access to the tropical surroundings and three heated swimming pools. Our garden apartments feature a combination living/dining room, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, and a private patio.
We know when you visit Siesta Key, relaxation is the number one goal. At Jamaica Royale, we provide the setting for the perfect vacation with our Tower Apartment condo rentals. Located directly on the beach, Tower Apartment condos provide visitors with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. Each Tower apartment comes with all the amenities of home, and each apartment includes a large living/dining room and a separate fully equipped kitchen.

Condominium residences sublet for your convenience. The units are rented weekly. Please select dates below, as rates quoted will reflect the arrival and departure dates selected. At least (1) adult guest leasing a unit in Jamaica Royale must be at least twenty-six (26) years of age and must be residing in the unit during the entire stay.

They were doing construction the whole time?!?! We booked rooms on the same floor, with our daughter and her family (Love being near them grandparents and kids) they moved them to a totally different floor. Did not realize that they did this until they checked in at 11:00 PM! We have been doing the "Week in Florida together before Christmas" many years, this was by far the worst experience!

Nice place, short walk to Siesta Key Beach. Small units individually owned so each rental has its own rules. Many units all connected together so renters on each side of you in most cases. Resort is dog friendly, but some owners don’t allow dogs inside the unit. No pets are allowed on Siesta Key Beach.

Beautiful accommodations. Staying in T 51 in the towers. Completely oceanfront with panoramic views of the entire beach on siesta key all the way down to turtle beach. The only reason they didn’t get five stars is because as nice as this unit is the complex does not have a pool towel service. Normally bring your own pool towels isn’t a problem unless you are flying. Otherwise five star would be given.

We stayed in room 603 and had a wonderful view and a nice updated unit. We really enjoyed our stay!! The only suggestions I would have would be better dish soap, more dishwasher detergent and trash bags, and beach towels. We had to purchase more trash bags/dish soap because the one provided would but through grease, and there were only 2 trash bags provided? Not a deal breaker though :) beach towels would be wonderful to have to use. We brought one and shared. They are big and take up a lot of room in luggage. We’d defiantly visit this unit/resort again!

The condo itself was great!
The customer service to address my issues with a stucco resurfacing crew right outside my door every morning not so much! Our quiet time hours are supposed to be from 9pm to 9am daily. I paid 2200.00 dollars for my condo for 7 days ! Things were great when we came Saturday and Sunday. It was like a dream! Monday (in the pictures you will see below) you will see what we have had to endure. I reported this to the front desk. They acted as if they didn't know someone was here. After showing them pictures and the video of the massive noise we were waking up to at 8:15 am

We arrived on Saturday to a great condo. The balcony and view is amazing. Then on Monday the madness began. They are remodelling the complex next to the Jamaica Royale. For 4 days they have used a jack hammer and angle grinder for 8 hours straight. Not to mention the chain saws. I understand this is not a JR issue, however, nothing was said about major construction next door. We cannot use the deck from 8am til 4pm. And no reply to our email on the situation. The construction along with the red tide has made this expensive vacation disappointing.
