We made an appointment for this morning, I needed the glass replaced urgently as I am not from the area and was visiting for a short time. I confirmed the year make model and all info for my vehicle 5 times over the phone call and once over text as well so he has my vehicle info in writing. Today I call, he confirms the appointment time, then later on he completely cancels the appointment and tells me to wait TWO MORE DAYS because he apparently ordered the “the wrong part”. Go to someone professional if you actually value your time and want them to keep their appointment

They seemingly did a good job, but I was taken aback when they presented me with a bill for $100+ more than they had quoted. I told the technician it was wrong—he didn’t think so—but called the office.
They said they had made a “mistake” (????) and adjusted the bill. I was glad I was there and not my wife. It could’ve cost me $100+ more!
