The windshield on my Lexus was cracked from a rock strike. I began my research and contacted 4 businesses to get quotes and discuss logistics.
Windshield City offered both OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and after market windshields, and both reasonably priced. Their quote for the OEM (which I selected) was $400 less than the next best quote I received.

Mike and his son came directly to my address at no additional charge, were as friendly, knowlegable and as informative as I could have asked for. Had my cracked windshield on my old 4Runner replaced in well under an hour. I highly recommend Windshield City without any reservations whatsoever.

Absolutely wonderful experience. As a new car owner, I was a little nervous about rates, but almost immediately, all my fears were assuaged by the calm, professionalism of Mike and his team. Highly recommend. Took my land cruiser in to Mike and team because of excessive wind noise and also since he was referred by many online customers and car forums and when I got there and spoke to him, I knew exactly why this place is a 5 start shop. He immediately knew what the issue was, told me which parts to order to save myself a few hundred dollars as opposed to easily charging me a markup for buying the same parts. Parts came in, made an appointment, and he managed to fix the issue and keep me informed all while being very competitive on pricing. I will always come back here for all my windshield

We had a branch fall from a tree through our windshield last week. I spoke to Lindsey and she gave me the option of having it replaced at home or bringing the car into the shop. Since it was going to be messier than a traditional windshield replacement, I chose to have the car towed to the shop. They were able to replace the windshield the next day. Both her and Mike were not only very professional but down to earth, good people. The pups in the garage are adorable too! I highly recommend this place!

I'm not sure what I can say that the other reviews haven't already said, but I wanted to give these folks another 5 star review after they turned an unfortunate situation where someone thought they should drive on 95 without cleaning the ice off of their car, that resulted in my having a broken windshield, into a positive experience. A rock cracked my windshield and the Lexus dealer said because my car has the in-lane system (or whatever it's called) would cost $2,500. They gave me the phone number of Windshield City and stated they could probably repair it.
The lady at Windshield City deserves a glass bottle because she performed some "I Dream of Jeannie" type work on my windshield. Due to the heavy damage the rock caused, the glass is not 100% perfect but let me tell you something, she did an awesome job. Top notch Auto Window/Glass repair in NoVA. Just had the windshield changed here on a 2004 Sequoia which was leaking due to poor previous installation. Windshield City installed a new windscreen which we noticed had a small scratch after install. No worries, came back a week later and got a new one installed at no cost. Warranty on work done for as long as you own the vehicle. Family owned and operated, plus they got two shop dogs! Recommended by our buddies at nearby GT Peace Automotive. Both great places to bring your vehicle in the area.
