Unfortunately, I just incountered a terrible accident in September, that left my car totalled and my ankle injured. After dealing with the claim process for 3 months, I was finally able to get an resolve! All thanks to some of the State Farm staff.

I had a very bad experience with them. I purchased a new car on June 18, 2020, and contacted them to add it to my account. After several days I was able to talk to them about it and finally it happened and after making the payment I was told that it has been added to my account. Interestingly, after about 40 days (today is July 29, 2020) it has not been added to my account, and they are telling me that it is in the process!!! How come? Are you assembling a new car for me? or what? Isn't it a simple procedure to add a car to the customer's account???
