My agency recently became dual licensed and is able to serve Mississippi customers as well. I serve on the board of directors of the Cooper-Young Business Association as President and am a Cooper-Young Festival Board Member. My focus in the agency is to serve our customers first and treat them as the Golden Rule says.
In fact, that is our agency's vision statement. Using the RICP (Retirement Income Accredited Professional) education and training, I work with our customers in planning for retirement, specifically on formulating plans to spend down the assets that have been accumulated in the most tax efficient manner, including how and when to file for social security.

Kim Castle is amazing! I had so much trouble with what was going on with my car and she was beyond helpful and patient with me! I gave her a lot of trouble and she always found solutions! Steve Womack’s team is very friendly and responsive! Whenever I call the business phone number, anyone who I spoke to were willing to answer my questions, and they were patient. I recently had to get an entire windshield replaced on my car, and they helped me file a claim for the replacement. I’d like to thank Wendy for helping me out with the claim! She is very knowledgeable and discussed clearly on how filing a claim worked. Overall, I’m very happy and satisfied with the help I received. I was able to get what was needed to be done quick.

Kim Castle provided my quote efficiently and saved me money. What impressed me most is that she KNOWS what she's selling. State Farm is the only company I trust with all of my insurance needs! When I opened my massage practice and needed rental coverage, I knew exactly where to go. Kim is so awesome.
