This was the easiest process to ship my car. I was nervous to give someone my cars to ship from Houston to LA. When they dispatched the driver he was there that same morning and took my car. He told me his yard is by LAX and I could pick it up when I land. It made it really easy that rode from LAX to grab my car and boom i was driving on the west coast. I would highly recommend Compass and pricing is fair from the 4 companies i spoke with

If you want your vehicle in the hands of a trustworthy person, please avoid this company. Mark is the owner, and sounds professional throughout the paperwork process. He makes promises which are lies! He claimed my vehicle was picked up by a driver, but he had no information about who picked the vehicle up and did not have the company’s information. That sounds absolutely ridiculous! The truth is...no one picked the car up! When he realized that my family was in the trucking business and knew all about DOT and MA numbers, he found a company to get the vehicle! We have filed a DOT complaint against

The driver sent by Compass was very professional. His equipment was newer and in perfect condition, communication with all parties was great. I called on a Monday in a panic as another nationally known transport company failed to schedule and pick up my vehicles on the date I had set weeks before for my move from Houston to Denver. I was left in a bad situation. Mark came to my rescue! He communicated very well and was completely honest. He called me back an hour later with a scheduled driver for the next day and at a reasonable price. The driver arrived as promised and delivered two days later; it was a completely smooth and painless process. The driver he scheduled was equally honest and nice. Compass did a great job. Mark was very helpful and always available when I had questions, needed updates, etc. I always very comfortable with entire process, the only thing that slightly bothered me (and it wasn't any fault of Compass in any way), was that the driver didn't speak the best English. I had a hard time understanding him, but I understand that he drives a truck for a living so what can you do?

I usually don't take the time to leave reviews but after dealing with several different companies before I landed on Compass, I felt compelled. After getting calls from literally 20 different 'companies' ( I use that term loosely), I did a web search and found Compass. Really glad I did.
First-rate all the way. Appreciated the great service and timeliness. I'm sure dealing with me was a pain in the you-know-what, I'm not the easiest customer to deal with. I must have called at least 10 times after I booked with Mark, but he was extremely gracious each and every time which really put me at ease

Service was excellent and prompt at a fair price. Very easy to work with. Compass had to help me out after I had a bad experience with another transport company. Pick up was quick on short notice and the delivery was early. Highly recommend, will be working with them again in the future. Thanks for taking care of my car.
