We are professionally trained experts and members of the Dallas community who are dedicated to providing Super-Star Customer care in a convenient, efficient and friendly environment.

Sarah, born and raised in England, is the owner of My Office. She enjoys making the store feel warm and inviting, and she is always eager to help you with any issue. Sarah loves her tea anytime and lives in the Lake Highlands Area with her husband, three children and two cats. Carey is the team's web master.

I had a wish.com order delivered here and it was so much more convenient and less expensive than having it delivered at my home. This is a great option! I was actually in the store when another customer was getter her wish.com order as well. Unfortunately, she did not like what she received from wish.com. I explained that if she goes to customer support on the wish application, they can help her and that My Office just receives shipments and is not responsible for fulfillment. The ladies in the store were so helpful and polite. It was nice speaking with them. :) I will be using this option moving

I normally like this place but now question the knowledge of postage requirements. I was trying to send a regular flat 10x9 envelope that was already labeled correctly and was told she would have to put a different label on it because it would take too many stamps. I told her it shouldn’t be more than $1.60 to send and she kept insisting that it would be more like $6-7 dollars. I told her I have mailed this type of mailing before and never did it cost that much. I told her to leave it alone and I would take to the post office since I knew the amount she was quoting was not correct. She tried

Went here after a terrible experience at the post office. The two ladies working were so helpful with great customer service. They walked me through the forms for customs on my international package any got me taken care of quick. Can’t recommend them enough if you want a shipper with good customer service.

Cute store that includes gift items and greeting cards, as well as mailboxes for rent, mailing services (USPS and FedEx) and a copy machine for black-and-white or color copies. Very clean and great service with cheerful staff. Also currently a pick up location for certain products ordered from Wish.com

I was so pleased with their service. I had an antique table that was over 120 years old and I was very nervous about whether it would arrive in good shape. My Office employees packaged it and braced it expertly to handle the 1200 mile trip. When it arrived at my destination, the table was in mint condition. Not only did they package it correctly, but it arrived on the day they said it would. They are true shipping and packaging professionals. Outstanding service!

Great convenience in the neighborhood! Friendly,, efficient. So nice they keep your shipping addresses on file and can just zip out mailing labels. Nice books, games and cards.

The have TONS of great school supplies, office supplies, even some small designer type things, like cute keychains! They are AWESOME at providing services for a reasonable price! They know everything about shipping! I've used them for copying, shipping, mailing, and a couple other things. They've always exceeded expectations! And as a bonus, this place smells awesome!! Support local small business and shop at My Office!

The convenient location makes it so easy for me to frequent this friendly office store. I often mail items from here and I always receive friendly service, even help figuring out what my stamps are worth. They also carry many office/school supplies and cute gifts. The store is always neat, organized and clean. The staff is always friendly and hospitable even to the point of having snacks offered at certain times. A feel good place to visit.

Reviews that start with "in my defense,..." have to rank up there with "I really wanted to like this place..." reviews, but this one will start that way too.

In my defense, the Yelp entry for My Office stated that they were open until 6pm, so when I parked in front of their door at 5:35pm, I was surprised and bummed that the door had 5:30pm stenciled on it for their closing time on weekdays. I could see the counter person closing out her till and running the credit card printout. Bummer!

Luckily, she saw me standing in front of the door looking like Dustin Hoffman in the wedding

This neighborhood store is amazing! Its not just office supplies, they have all the books kids need for their required reading lists, plus packing and postage service. And the staff is fun and friendly. We're so glad they are a dependable Lake Highlands business.
