Please Note: If your order number contains letters and a hyphen, please only use the 6 digits following the "123Ponds-" or you will not be able to check your order status.
Closeout and Clearance items cannot be returned and no exchanges. Some items could be used slightly and/or do not have there original box or instructions but will be noted specifically in the description. Otherwise they are brand new and unopened. Most items are just from last years inventory, a slow mover an overstock or just an item that we no longer carry.
