As renters, with a landlord out of town who gave us the responsibility to try to get our water back on after our well pump stopped working, we were so, so blessed to come across Charles from New Life. We called him for an emergency visit and he came all the way to Venice from North Port on a Sunday, no less, and got our water running! We were nearing 24 hours with no water. The first well tech arrived in about two hours and said, “Ehh, it may be the pump. I can get it fixed in about three days.” He only looked AT the pump and within ten minutes, he left and said “Call me later.” The second plumbing tech arrived in about four hours and said, “Yeah, it’s the pump. We’re looking at about $4,500 in repairs and we’ll have to dig about 100 feet into the ground. I can get it fixed in about five days. But, if you call me directly, I may be able to work you out a deal.” Again, he simply just looked AT the pump and he

Today I had Matt & Mike from New Life Well and Pump out to find my well, (no one had seen it since before I'd had a pool and patio put in a year ago), and do what repairs were needed to enable me to use it for irrigation.
They arrived right on time and immediately got to work. Aside from being INCREDIBLY hard workers, they were knowledgeable and friendly, offering explanations of what they were doing and possible options as they went along, and cheerfully implementing whatever I decided upon.
Most of all I appreciated their overwhelmingly positive attitude. I was certain this would be an expensive

New Life Well was one of 2 companies that called me back on a holiday weekend when my water stopped working . Charles was on time , friendly , and professional . Wow. Can't say enough good things about New Life Well and Pump! Matt and Mike came out within 24 hours of my call, did an extremely thorough inspection of my well and reverse osmosis equipment and fixed the problem asap!
