Katz Dental in Beverly Hills, California is a premier dental practice with three generations of dentists led by Mark Katz, DDS, and his daughter Laura Katz, DDS. In 1966, Sanford Katz opened this dental office on Olympic Boulevard. His oldest son, Mark Katz, DDS, joined the practice in 1988. After 46 years in private practice, Sanford retired at the end of 2010.
And now, Mark's daughter, Laura Katz, DDS, begins her work as a dentist there. Our team consists of remarkably loyal and dedicated people who all have been with the office over 20 years! Lucia is the dental assistant and back-office manager; Ann is the front office manager and patient coordinator; Susie is the dental hygienist seeing patients 4 days a week and Judy is our other hygienist in the office working 2 days a week.

I was incredibly delighted by my experience with Dr.Katz and his entire team! The office was very clean, covid compliant, professional, and everyone who helped me seemed as if they cared, and had my best interest at hand. This is a contrast to previous dental experiences I've had elsewhere. I was told by a different dental office that I had numerous cavities, and that I should expect to pay $4-$5k for the work that needed to be done. Something told me to get a second opinion. I came here for a cleaning the other week (new to the neighborhood) and was super impressed at their check in procedure! SUPER COVID friendly. Susie did my cleaning and she was the best! I saw Dr. Laura Katz and she's great very knowledgeable and fun! Highly recommend to anyone in the LA area! PS. the office is very inviting and all staff members were kind!

Dr. Mark Katz, Dr. Laura Katz and my Dental Hygienist Suzy are excellent. My husband and I have been going to this office for many years and all our dental needs have been met with professionalism and and outstanding care. The entire staff are very professional and friendly .
I have to admit I was a bit apprehensive at first going into the office during COVID, but every protocol was followed and I was very much at ease during my visit knowing I was safe. I highly recommend this Dental Practice.

I called Dr Katz office's emergency line due to a filling that fell off on my front tooth. I am not à patient yet but my husband recommended him as he did a superb job with his complicated tooth issue. Dr Katz called me back within 20 mns and we had a detailed conversation about my situation. He answered my many questions patiently and was very reassuring. It was obvious that he cared. I am impressed he took the time to help me even though I am not a patient yet!

I went to Dr Katz to replace an awful crown that bled and hurt for months. He made a new crown for me that fits perfect and feels great! I would strongly recommend Dr Katz. I've been going to Dr. Mark Katz my entire life. He's done all of my dental work and even my beautiful veneers. His work always looks perfect and very natural. I've never left unhappy, just a little numb. The dental hygienist Susie, is the best in the game. Her cleanings are thorough but gentle. She's taught me how to keep my teeth and gums healthy. The office and staff are friendly and professional. I'd never go anywhere else!

Extraordinary dentist, extraordinary staff. Professional, knowledgeable, caring, and extremely reasonable rates. I first went to Dr. Katz after another dentist told me that I needed some very expensive procedures. Dr. Katz said I needed a couple of fillings and, indeed, that remedied the issues. His staff measures up to his high degree of professionalism. I have been treated by several of his hygenists, and they are each tremendous. Spotless offices. I cannot recommend Dr. Katz highly enough.

Before going away to college, I previously visited Dr. Katz's office for cleanings and for my night guard. If you're looking for a new Dentist, one who is extremely competent and cares deeply about his patients please look no further than Dr. Mark Katz. This past weekend, my son needed a small unexpected dental procedure before going away to camp for 2 weeks. Dr. Katz met us on that Saturday afternoon, the day that we called him and alleviated my son's discomfort. I doubt if there's another Dentist in all of Los Angeles that would make himself available within hours of a weekend phone call. Dr. Mark Katz has a loyal following and he deserves it. Mark was recommended by friends, after refusing american dentists for years. A few visits later, he has become our main dentist. He is very knowledgeable, very detailed, cares about the aestethics and will make time for you if its necessary. He and everybody in the office make sure your teeth will stay healthy and that you feel comfortable even during tougher sessions:)

Since Dr. Sandy Katz retired several years ago, I've been seeing his son Mark for a while now. Friendly guy, but most importantly, knowledgeable but does not use scare tactics - - he tells you how he sees the situation based on his expert opinion and let you make the decisions. They have different oral hygienists now, but all still excellent at what they do and super friendly.

Dr. Mark Katz is a fantastic dentist. I've been going to him and his Dad for over 15 years and his staff, particularly Judy, the hygienist, and Anne, the office manager, are the most wonderful, engaging, honest and compassionate team in all of Los Angeles! I'd give him more than 5 Stars if I could for the Star Treatment that they give to me and their clientele!
