Facing the challenges of divorce can be daunting for anyone, especially if children are involved. It takes a village, as they say, to protect you and your family as you move through the life-changing issues brought about by divorce. As such I have worked to create a firm where that mindset is valued.

I am a member of the American Association of Collaborative Professionals and the New Mexico and Albuquerque Association of Collaborative Professionals. I have worked with families and children in the community as a board member of Outcomes Inc. in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and currently serve as a member of the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce.

When facing a divorce settlement that means monies acquired by either spouse during the marriage and all assets acquired with those earnings are considered community property, owned equally by husband and wife. Assets that were owned prior to the marriage or were acquired by a spouse during the marriage as a gift or inheritance is considered separate property.
