I started with State Farm in 1994 as a Team Member in San Marcos, California. Since that time I have enjoyed all of my roles with the company but none make me more proud than being able to say I am a State Farm Agent. As a military spouse of a retired United States Marine we lived in a lot of places and made a lot friends along the way.
I opened my State Farm Agency in Raleigh, NC in December of 2006 and my Louisburg, NC office in December of 2017. As your State Farm Agent my promise is to treat you like family. Never had any complaints. Whenever I need to file a claim, or ask a question about my coverage, or get some help negotiating with a claims adjustor, a quick call to Lisa Davis's office and I get all the help I need.
Minus one star for trying to sell me insurance I didn't really want... but I'm pretty sure that would be the case with all insurance agents the world over. And most agents I've had in the past sorta forget about you once you sign the contract. This one doesn't.

Great customer service. They ensured I had all the information needed in order to make an informed decision. I appreciated how they didn't waste my time trying to up sell me on coverage I didn't need. They went through multiple scenarios and answered question I didn't even think to ask. This made sure I understood what the trade offs were when I only focused on the price vs the actual amount of coverage I needed. You would think it's easy and common knowledge but after my talks with them I made sure that if I got in an accident I would have the amount of cover to protect myself and my family from

This insurance agent will not stop calling you once they have your number. I declined their offer for condo/auto insurance 2 years ago and every 6 months for 2 years now they will call me multiple times per week to try to sell me insurance. I block the numbers, but they keep calling from different numbers. They do not honor requests to remove from call list, and apparently have staff that call leads all day every day.
