It all started in 2007, when Augusta was mulling over how to install a solar photovoltaic system on her home. Funny thing was, she could not find any contractors that installed solar pv. So, she said to herself, why don't I do this myself? Why don't I start a firm that designs and installs solar energy systems?
If I want it, there must be others that want it as well. Fourth Coast Inc was formed in 2008 by Augusta Withington. From there, the firm grew to over 20 employees to include design staff and installation crew.
