Being a mechanical contractor, we specialize in heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical work. We also work to help our customers save energy by adding insulation and air sealing when needed. The heating equipment that we install is all high-efficiency, Energy Star Certified equipment which means you save both energy and money!
If you are having a problem with your heating or cooling equipment, you can request a free estimate and we will coordinate with our technicians to have someone out as soon as we possibly can*. We can also do routine maintenance on your equipment! If you need a cleaning, we can schedule you an appointment during our business hours.
Please keep in mind that the approvals for these programs are income-based. If you have already been served by these programs at your current residence, you cannot be served there again. These programs are provided by the New York State Energy and Research Development Authority (NYSERDA). A home energy assessment is the first step in utilizing the programs that New York State has to offer.
A Free Estimate is a great way to find out how we can help your situation or project and what it will cost. We can help with new equipment, insulation, electrical work, plumbing work or if you have a problem with your heating or cooling equipment and need repairs. I had a bad experience with this company. my heat kept blowing the cold air out back in April. The company sent out two young workers, they couldn't find the problem with it. I paid $108 in cash basically for nothing. Then in this September they sent out another $108 bill to me. I'm glad when I paid the cash my friend was in my house too, she witnessed whole thing. very disappointed!

They installed a new furnace with central air by air-temp.
Called them on a friday afternoon while unit was under warranty and would not come to look at my A/C not working because I was a residential customer not a business. I can't recommend them for anything since they have been servicing my furnace/ ac since it was new.

They installed a new furnace with central air. I used them to service it and clean it- I discovered they did not clean my internal ac coil or my secondary heat exchanger coil and by the looks of it never cleaned the outside coil at all.This went on years.
This was discovered by another company.

Exceptional and honest company. I was introduced to them by my neighbor and they installed a condensation pump for my tankless water heater. After I saw the quality work, I signed up with Frank and Kathie, the owners for an energy audit. Now they are helping with sealing my home windows and walls. I recommend asking for Matt, whom is a phenomenal handyman. He's the one that single handedly fixed all my problems. Only issue with the company is that they charge by the hour which applies to the travel time. It took them about an hour to get to my place, which means I was charged 70-80 dollars
