Service call fee was $125. To diagnose a faulty oven thermostat. Technician pounded thermostat with a screw driver. Tested for oven to turn on. Although it warmed up tech DID NOT have a thermometer to register heat. Told tenant that she could go buy one and find out herself. Charged $80 for that "service". Total bill came to $215 which included tax. Easy money for using a screwdriver as a hammer. BTW, oven still doesn't work properly. Tech said he would check if a thermostat was available for the model. NEVER heard from him again. That was on 12-02-21. Today is 12-09-21. Not recommended.
