Spring Blend Down (SBD) with Blend Down Backs and Feather-Down accent pillows is standard if no cushioning preference is specified. All cushion options are available at no additional charge. At Paladin, we understand the importance of getting the right upholstered piece to complete a room. We offer over 400 beautiful fabric selections. There are times, however, when using a fabric from another source is needed. Paladin offers the COM program to allow you to use the customer's own material to cover the frame of choice.

Paladin used to sell consumer furniture. They have since switched to a private label business model and refuse to deal directly with customers. The people who answer the phone are friendly, but have no idea what is going on. 3 calls yielded 3 different answers. Id stay away from buying Paladin-branded furniture

Paladin sectional, chair and ottoman arrived after Thanksgiving (waited over 10 weeks to receive) with a stain and the wrong pillows (hard as a rocks). This is poor quality control! Cleaning company removed the stain -thank goodness! Paladin then sent wrong pillows again. Poor quality control again! Paladin then sent more pillows, but they were the wrong pillows again still hard as rocks! Poor quality control again. BTW, they have charged us to return their mistake. If you like delays and poor quality, then buy from this company.
