I worked with Carolyn Durocher and I must say I'm so blessed to have found her. I knew Carolyn through a common hobby but unaware that she is a realtor. Due to some unforeseen circumstances I had to put to my townhome in Chicago for sale and we had only about 3 months to sell. I'm in VA and I was worried because I didn't know where to start. Carolyn Durocher was our agent for the sale of our Streeterville condo. She went above and beyond of our expectations, doing many little things to facilitate a smooth sailing. The sale was completed in one month in spite of the fact that we initially had a tenant living in the condo. Carolyn was super accessible, responsive, and was in our corner all the time. I would recommend her to a friend, or use her services again.
