Jeff, and his office manager Caroline, have been fantastic to deal with. I've had them call, after hours, on their own accords, to spend 10-15 minutes sharing their advice. That's a surefire sign of a business that cares about their reputation - when they will spend their free time to help. I'll never blame a single person who closes their laptop at 5pm sharp on a Friday. But, when you get that call from them at 5:30, it makes you feel extra valued as a customer.
