Terrible customer service! The guy, whom I spoke with had a terrible attitude when discussing my issue. It should be a business’s priority to reassure a customer or potential customer that things such as fraudulent activity doesn’t go unnoticed.. along with an apology and decency to understand what’s going on. If someone tried to scam you, how would you feel?? Moral competence costs 0 dollars.

Jonnie is AWESOME!!!! There's no computer or camera issue he can't resolve. He came and setup my home security system in a couple of hours and walked me through using the system. He has brought my computer back to life from the famous FBI virus and saved all my documents. Its always a pleasure working with him.
