Great service and communication!
After months of trying to connect my laptop and "wireless" printer, I gave up and was annoyingly printing with the usb cable connected EVERY TIME. It got old, really quick so I reached out to the company, who was referred by a friend.
This service was great because I didn't have to leave home, and because of the remote connection, they were able to directly look for the problematic source. I couldn't tell say exactly what was done because I'm not computer savvy but I can say that it works now!
