In 2001, Bill Peters and Don Garrett surveyed the IT landscape and noticed an opportunity to provide specialized IT services. Using their wives' names (Jennifer and Lori) to form their identity, they set up shop in Bill's basement to begin their journey. Since 2001, JENLOR has evolved into a team of IT experts who offer award-winning managed services and customer support.

Jenlor has been a managed services partner with my company for a long time. The services they provide augment the IT staff here and let me personally focus on my other responsibilities, they always make me look good. Had to call the help desk to set up software on my computer which was repaired and wiped clean. Tresten could not have been more helpful and willing to walk through the process with me and never once complained about it being a weekend. He has since helped me with a few other issues and is very professional and takes the time to resolve issues properly.

Jenlor is amazing! Our company has been using them for over ten years. We don’t have an in-house IT Department so their help with things like setting up new computers and virus protection is so important to us.
