We have been using John with Pitt PC for our personal and small business computing needs for 5 years. He is extraordinarily talented (with both PC and Mac) and has an unbelievably positive attitude. We first met him after one of our office computers crashed. We had taken it to the Geek Squad and they said they had to send it to Chicago and would have it back in 2 weeks with no guarantees. We were given John's name from a customer of ours and we called him. In less than 24 hours, he retrieved all of our data, backed it up, and transferred it all onto a new computer.

Super pleased with the work Johnny and PittPC did on my ailing computer! Turn-around time was fast, the price was very reasonable, and I liked that I was provided with options once the problem was diagnosed. PittPC also participates in a green recycling program so I didn't have to worry about how to safely dispose of old hardware (and no extra charge). Highly recommended!
