After our home was hit by a hail storm, I had to find a roofer to get me an estimate to repairs to the damage on our roof. Several roofers showed up, in our neighborhood, knocking on our door, trying to get our business. After a few days of this, I had a chance to review the companies and had to make my choice. I went with JWC General Contractors for two reasons. 1st was the professionalism shown by Zach Routin, when he came to our door. He was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all. I was looking for a metal roofing company to fix some my residential roof issues with great difficulty not only because it was a metal roof, but because, unfortunately, roofers, and companies that do roofing, they tend to do shorty repairs and tend to be scammers, do not do quality work, and charge thru the roof for inferior work. We had an excellent experience with JWC General contracors. They repaired our roof and gutters froma hail storm. We loved Michael, our sales man. He walked us through the process, was patient with all our questions, and followed through making sure everything got done and was handled properly. Our family has had the need to work with multiple roofing companies over the past several years because of the severe hail and wind stores we've experienced in North Texas. Our experience with JWC was outstanding.

This company along with their sister company ADH has helped me on three (3l insurance claims from roof damage to storm damage due to water with the Texas Big Freeze. Besides the quality work I have really valued their expertise in dealing with the often complicated back and forth with the insurance companies. Roofers are a plenty in my neighborhood right now. Collins Robinson caught me outside today and offered to do a temporary repair to my roof where there was some missing shingles. He did this free of charge. I am blown away that someone did something so kind! I will definitely be doing business with this company when my insurance company agrees to replace my roof. Tim was amazing at helping us get our roof taken care of. Our insurance company continuously attempted to cut corners and pay for only portions of our roof despite needing a complete roof repair done. Tim walked us through the entire process and helped us battle the insurance company to make sure that we were completely taken care of. He was available at all times of the day for the many many questions that I had. I will continue to reach out to Tim and this company for all further needs. We hired JWC for our new roof, gutters, trim paint, and fence staining and couldn't be happier with their work. Everything was coordinated seamlessly, and every crew that came out was courteous and professional. I feel confident that they take pride in their craftsmanship and will stand behind all their work.
