Services
As a design-builder, Lincoln is a single souce of responsibility to the owner, thereby assuming all risk to deliver the project. This approach allows Lincoln and the owner to influence design and cost at an early stage while facilitating "fast track" construction. As a General Contractor, Lincoln partners with the owner and his designer through a traditional design-bid-build process under either a negotiated or lump sum contract.

Quality healthcare is a vital component in the life of any community. Lincoln Builders has played a key role in providing state-of-the-art healthcare facilities in our region. As healthcare delivery methods continue to evolve, we have led the way in the construction of medical centers, surgical centers, medical office buildings and related support facilities.
Since 2002, Lincoln Builders employees have supported United Way of Northeast Louisiana in its goal to help people and improve our community. Through employee donations, by volunteering in programs like the READ.LEARN.SUCCEED. Jerry Brasher, VP of Lincoln Builders of Ruston presented employees from FL Crane with our Outstanding Performance Award.
Tradition Senior Living hired Lincoln Builders in 2013, creating a partnership that we are proud to continue today. Together, we have completed two projects totaling 424 units in Dallas, and we are currently constructing a 316-unit project in Houston. Our product is not easy to build, because it contains several components that include a wood frame, concrete podium, and metal studs.
