I just got off the phone with Eddy Hacker who was beyond helpful and efficient. He answered my questions, helped me determine what coverage I needed to add and followed up with an email confirmation all within 10 minutes. I highly recommend Adam Bird and this State Farm office!

I have a backstory to this: I had the same insurance agent most of my life. He was a college buddy of my dad's, and a long-time family friend. He took such good care of us. Unfortunately, he passed away a couple of years ago, and I wasn't looking forward to "breaking in" a new agent. In fact, I was thinking of shopping for new insurance.
Every contact I've had with Eddy and the Adam Bird agency has been wonderful. They communicate clearly and promptly, and they're super-friendly. Uncle Ike would approve.

My apartment recommended renter's insurance through a company they refer but luckily I shopped around and got a quote from Dylan at Adam's office and he offered me 200,000 more in coverage for $5 a month cheaper. Dylan was super helpful answering all of my questions and very professional. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Dylan!

I worked with Stacie Pierce who was a tremendous help in getting me set up with a new auto insurance policy. She recommended the best rates they had (lower than most other insurance agencies form which I requested quotes), and she also did an amazing job at figuring out how to bundle insurance services I needed to get the lowest overall rate possible. Stacie was prompt in her responses, very knowledgeable about insurance policies, honest, and overall was a fantastic State Farm representative. I am lucky to have worked with her. I give her a 10/10 rating for her customer service.
