We are a family owned business continuing the tradition of R.R. Runyon who began drilling water wells in Northern Virginia in the 1950s. Huntley Finch, who is Mr. Runyon's grandson and the company President, has over 30 years of experience in drilling and servicing Water Wells as well as Water Treatment.
A vitally important goal for any home is to have clean, clear drinking water. It is common for well water in our area to have undesirable minerals that result in staining, residue, or corrosion, not to mention ordinary sediment. In order to correct high mineral content and pH, we install and service Water Right Water Treatment and Filtration equipment.

These guys are awesome. They replaced our broken constant pressure pump, which was 780 ft down, in a matter of half a day. They worked fast and were very reasonably priced. They were also very friendly and professional. If I ever have issues with my well or water treatment systems again, they will be the ones I call.

I called Runyon mid-afternoon on a Friday because we had no water. They were at my house within 20 minutes, identified the problem, and had it fixed within the hour. Fortunately it was an easy inexpensive fix. The technician/workman that came was very friendly as well. Only company I will call for future well/pump needs

These folks are a rare combination of professional and affordable. Robert and team managed to replace my 805 foot deep submersible well pump without having to hire a full blown crane. It was impressive, and saved me 75% over what another provider quoted. Also they recommended a brand of pump that is variable speed depending on the well water level, thus providing great protection to the pump in the event the well is about to run dry.

Many thanks for the quick service today. We have a small vineyard and winery and noticed our well pressure tank was leaking. We are in the middle of filling this week and plenty of water is needed for sanitation and clean up. Within a few hours after contacting Runyon they were on site to make the repairs. Seemed like nice people and came out quickly after I spoke with them. After they told me I needed a new well pump I couldn't get them to call or e-mail me back. Called another company (who fixed my well) and Runyon had misdiagnosed the problem which would have cost me an extra $1,600 had they actually returned my calls.

Robert talked me thu the basics of analyzing if we had a well problem. Extremely professional and honest. He did not try to sell me something I didn't need. Once we determined it was probably the well pump a detailed estimate was emailed. The crew that showed up to do the work (Tim & Robby) were extremely professional and did an excellent job. They also did some additional test to make sure it was the pump. My wife, mother-in-law, & daughter were extremely impressed with there kindness and professionalism. I would highly recommend there services.

When I found my basement flooded, Runyon was my third call to get someone out to my home. The first two calls I made, the contractors were not interested in the work. I won't make that mistake again. Runyon will be my first call from now on for any plumbing needs/emergencies. Quick response time. Excellent and professional service at a reasonable price.
