If I could give this firm less than 1 star, as would...
I had the extreme displeasure of having Susan Lach as a parenting consultant for 2 years. Susan and her staff showed me a lack of respect and professionalism from the moment the contract was signed, while she coddled and showed clear favoritism toward my ex-husband. This favoritism turned abusive and traumatic and included Susan forcing me to under go a very expensive and unnecessary psychological evaluation (but never explained to what end she wanted that evaluation done, nor did she order my ex have one as well, even though 2 therapists

I'm grateful for the amazing work and support I received from Susan Lach and the members of her staff.
Susan and her team were professional, punctual and supportive. I would never try to go through something like my divorce without them. They are experienced, knowledgable and were always working fairly and firmly on my behalf.

Very disappointed. When you pay $400/hour, you expect a lawyer to represent you. At what should have been the end of my divorce, they sent a first year lawyer/paralegal to represent me at the court of appeals. I did not pay for a first year lawyer. If I wanted that I wouldn't have hired Susan. If face, Susan didn't even know who was sent to handle my case - HER case! And then, when I ask what we do next? She tells me she can refer to yet another lawyer!

I extend to Dan O'Connell my personal gratitude for his professionalism, expertise, and tenacity. Dan's knowledge of the law combined with his familiarity of the documents moved mediation from an emotional gymnasium to resolution. The prior 3-mediations I participated in before Dan generated plenty of emotion with the only outcome being complete frustration. Said differently, it was my pleasure to pay Dan's fees!

Working with Lindsey O'Connell. She has helped me to navigate a difficult situation with my ex and our child. Susan and her team got me to the finish line of a long and grueling divorce, with the utmost professionalism and consistent hard work. Susan and her entire team are the absolute best. I had to spend two grueling years working through my divorce process and the outcome was pretty much exactly what Susan predicted it would be. Her entire staff was courteous, thoughtful, and extremely thorough. It actually became a pleasure to go to their office. Susan was a true ally for me and I now consider her a dear friend; one of my favorite people of all time. She's well-respected and an accomplished professional.
