I've lived in several places over the last 40 years in New York, and this building is by far the best. The management is extremely responsive, the doormen are exceedingly nice, the facilities (gym, children's playroom, roof, included storage area) are great and clean, and my apartment is pin-drop quiet and light-filled. The location is incredible - close to subways, the High Line, Union Square, great food, midtown, etc. I am so happy here, I never want to move!
