Mick Lundy and team have always been very responsive and proactive to ensure I have the right coverages as well as following up on any claims that I might have. The personal service makes the difference for me and sets Mick apart from the rest. I believe Mick has one of the best office teams in the country and I’ll continue being a customer.

Simply put there is no other group I'd rather work with. Mick and his team cemented themselves in our lives when they went above and beyond to help us following the 2019 Memorial Day tornadoes. In what was a very difficult time for numerous communities in the greater Dayton area Mick and his team did their absolute best to assist my family, and for that we can never thank them enough.

I would highly recommend the Mick Lundy agency to anyone looking to obtain insurance or change from their current carrier. Mick is very attentive and he genuinely cares about each of his customers. He will review your policies regularly to make sure you are getting the most coverage for your money, and he isn't going to try and jack up the price and sell you something you don't need. Please consider giving him a call, you will find him to be friendly, but not pushy in any way.

Excellent agent & office staff! They go above & beyond for you. As a small business owner, they have been very accommodating, informative and helpful. We have several pet service locations and Mick, along with his office staff have been so very welcoming that we just added another location to our account & we look forwarding to growing with them.
