I grew up and have lived in Ohio all my life. I received my bachelor's degree from Wilmington College in Ohio. After graduating, I began working for a State Farm agent in the Cincinnati area. In 2015, I opened my agency here in Centerville, Ohio. Altogether, I have over 10 years of State Farm experience.
I love being a State Farm agent and helping people protect their family, paychecks, and their future. My team and I stay very active and love to give back to the community as much as possible. I am a mother to 2 babies under 2, Landon and Lexi. I spend most of my free time with my children, and husband, Jay.

Anytime I have a reason to call, I am able to get help immediately. The folks in the office are super friendly and always helpful. My questions are always answered and I leave with confidence I have been taken care of. I have been with State Farm for over 20 years, and they will continue to have my business.

Joshua was extremely courteous and helpful when I called to make some changes to my policy. He answered all my questions thoroughly and took the time to make sure I was fully satisfied. Joshua also went out of his way to contact the claims department on my behalf to answer a question.
I recently had a claim(which has been handled more smoothly than I could've hoped) and Jillian called to make sure I was being taken care of. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience!

I have been most pleased with working with State Farm's representative, Joshua, in choosing the best plan for what I needed which fit my budget. I was able to combine multiple policies for an additional savings which was also an added bonus. I'm not the easiest person to reach, but he worked with me and we worked it out. He also was willong to deal with all my questions I kept throwing at him. Fortunately, he had the answers to every one of them. I appreciate his patience with me.

I am so pleased with State Farm! I was pleasantly surprised to see that my car insurance is now half of what I was previously paying for the same coverage. Plus I got an added bonus of roadside assistance. I'm happy with the service and the value. The whole staff at Jillian's State Farm Insurance were very welcoming. I feel like if I were to have an accident that I would be well taken care of.
