My husband and I both had been feeling really bad so we both went there. They listened and acted accordingly, I was impressed and I also have a medical degree so I don't give praise often

Care is great, this doctor listens. But, when you get a bill for $12.36 for a visit over three years ago, what the %#ck? I am not paying it, period. I paid my copay, BCBS paid their share. Don't scam me over three years later for some extra scratch. Your accounting department sucks, period.

Horribly incompetent. I went after 4 days of suffering from symptoms of a kidney stone. He insisted I needed 3 shots; (pain, steroid and antibiotic). I explained I simply wanted an X-ray to confirm my symptoms were in fact from a stone since they weren't improving or "moving" by day 4. I took the injections and had the X-ray and let him proceed to show me my "stones" on the X-ray. I let him finish his speech then pointed out he wasn't seeing stones, but yet surgical clips from my previous gallbladder removal. (I am a nurse but even a child could see they looked like

Tried to charge a higher co pay than required. Then tried to charge my insurance twice for the same visit. Receptionist makes sarcastic comments

I have been coming to this clinic for 2 years. The staff is friendly and knows my family well. The doctor is thorough and even takes time to talk to me on the phone when I have concerns. I definitely recommend this place.

This office is a scam. Took mother (who is a self pay...so $110 just to be seen) in there 2 weeks ago sick and the doctor called her in 2, yes, 2 days worth of a steroid that she only took 2 of each day. After 2 days she was still sick so I called there to have another prescription called in; he gave her another 2 days worth. The pharmacist even said "what's 2 days going to do?". 2 weeks later she is getting worse, so I take her back and explain to the the receptionist the situation and how she needs something else to help get her better. She tells us to have a seat and we will be

I went in due to thinking I had a UTI. I'm self pay so I paid $130 upfront and then was told that I should have a more exams and lab work. Each thing obviously costing extra, so I made sure to know prices and paid for everything in cash that day as I'm not one for debt or bills. I was 100% under the impressions that my $200+ visit was all sorted. Of course 2 weeks later I receive additional bills from a lab company and when I called this clinic to ask if this was correct she said "yes, I'm sorry". I was specifically asking and paying for my work before they did this and

My review apparently echos the experiences of other patients. My son was seen in May 2015 in this clinic. The total charges were $101.48. My insurance company paid $60 from my health savings account 9 days later. The office never credited my son's account with the $60 payment, and I received a bill for the full $101.48. I made multiple phone calls and sent copies of the HSA statement and EOB clearly showing the payment. It was like talking to a brick wall. The office manager told me that she could see where the payment posted, but I still owed the full amount. ??? I requested an updated statement
