Jeff is fantastic, his shop which moved to Bent Creek area, is spacious and chock full of goodness. He knows a lot about bikes and does amazing tune ups in which he guarantees his work. Worth checking out for sure!

Took my bike to another reputable shop in Asheville to replace shifter cable and adjust my shifting (1x12 drivetrain) and they couldn’t get it right (twice) and tried to sell me a new derailleur. Took it to MustAsheville for a second opinion and he said hanger was a little off and b limit screw was out of wack. 15 minutes and on the trail again. Thanks MustAsheville!

Walked in this afternoon with a credit card and a dream, and rolled out with a sweet new hardtail. Jeff dropped everything to help me find just what I was looking for. He talked me through options and features, then observed my test ride, and offered to swap out a new stem to get me a better fit based on what he saw. I picked up some goodies from the shop, my bike got a final check, and I was on my way with enough daylight to squeeze in a first ride before dinner. Highly recommend!

Today I came in looking for a helmet to rent for my son as he left his at the house.. Jeff(I believe is his name) helped us out with out a question.. this is the second time I have come here with an issue and have a good experience. And there a Scott dealer as well!

Fantastic Service! Went out of their way to fix my bike in a few hours when I lost my rear brake while I was visiting the area. Other shops had told me it would take a week. Literally saved my holiday! Super convenient to Bent Creek.

Beyond expectations service - saved our bike trip to the Asheville area by going above and beyond to find a Scott part for us! Other shops might have given up when they didn’t have the exact spare we needed but Jeff found a kit and called out to another customer to ask if he’d split it with us. Really didn’t expect the call back but super grateful for the exceptional service.

Jeff does a solid job and focuses on your particular needs. He had better pricing and turn-around times than where I normally get my bike maintenance. With one service I will be sure to take my bike to Jeff first.

Had a great experience purchasing a gravel grinder from Jeff today. He took a lot of time with my husband and I addressing both my sensory experience of the bike and my husband’s technical consideration of the components. He listened well and explained things clearly, making the whole experience comfortable. When I shared that I didn’t know how to change a tire, he took lots of extra time to show me the whole process then watched and helped as I did it myself. Finally, he did a thorough bike fitting to maximize my comfort while riding. A fantastic experience start to finish.
