Hi we're Harry and Leslie Eubanks. After being married eight years, we packed up all of our things and relocated our four-legged family, Scout and Bandit, from crazy-busy San Diego, California to our peaceful sanctuary here in Torrey, Utah. Harry is our on-site fix-it man. A outdoors man at heart, previous wilderness guide, astute boater, and fisherman, and mean chef.you will see his friendly face around the grounds.
Whether you're a couple or traveling solo, our full hook-up, flat, pull through, spring-fed RV sites with breathtaking red wall views will not disappoint. We love this place. It is such a nice, quaint park with amazing views on all sides. We have been full time RVers for 3 1/2 years now and this place was the highlight of our travels so far.
Our rustic "One Shoe" and "Two Shoes" Cabins provide a break from the elements, while still providing that rustic feel of glamping. Our "Home on the Range" Cabin, slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of the campground, this cabin provides a front porch with unobstructed views and the sense that you're roughing it in style.
You're tired of your flapping rain fly, but don't want to go full rustic cabin. Meet our 1954 Terry Travel Trailer. Save on gas by meeting your RV at our campground. She's so cute with reclaimed wood throughout the inside, you'll want to take her with you. Please call us at 435-425-3577 to reserve this beauty as it is not available on our online reservation system.
Welcome to Sand Creek, where we hope to create a unique home-away-from-home travel experience. Located five miles from Capitol Reef National Park, one of The Mighty Five. We offer full hook-ups, 30 and 50 amp, shaded tent sites and rustic cabins. Greet the day with a cup of coffee sitting with the epic red cliffs.

I rented a cabin just after sunset when the weather turned bad. It was very basic but clean. Heaters worked great. Lacked a table or chairs for eating inside. Luckily I brought my own and set up camp til the rain passed. It was cozy. I can’t comment on the bedding as I used my camping blankets and sleeping bag on top. Restroom was close by and also clean. Intentional low indirect lighting in the park made viewing the Milky Way a real treat. After a week of camping it was the first clear night for star gazing. Great authentic Mexican restaurant right next door.

Anna was so amazing such a gracious host! We tent camped and stayed in a cabin; the bathrooms were quant, clean, and warm and the cabins had great on-demand heat and a comfy bed. There is a great pavilion with string lights and tables and even a telescope to check out the stars which are amazing to see. It’s a quick drive to the entrance of the park, about 10 min then 15/20 to visitor center and trailheads. All with a backdrop of the gorgeous red rock cliffs that just glow with each sunrise and sunset! 10/10 would recommend and go back!

The website advertised laundry, but it was unavailable when we arrived. The campsites were flat and well groomed. The tent sites even had wind shelters. Overall, it was a great and well maintained facility with friendly staff who are fantastic with their COVID protocols. The staff and owners clearly take great care into this facility.

I love this place!!!!! We stayed in a non electric site in our van. The bathrooms are small but very clean with nice clean showers and flush toilets. Our site was only $20 and it was right by a spigot. I absolutely loved the owner!! She was so sweet and friendly. Also, there is service and wifi. I would definitely come here again.

Amazing campground right next to Capitol Reef National Park. The owners go out or their way to make you feel at home and the astonishing nature around is the cherry on the cake! The facilities are clean and sparkling. I stayed here in a cabin and had a chance to connect with a number of other guests, who stayed in their RV' s or in a tent and the common ground that I found with each one of them was how grateful we all are to be here. If you are in the area - I highly recommend you staying here!

We booked our spots at Sand Creek RV park several months before we were to arrive. We were very excited about visiting Capital Reef State Park Unfortunately when we arrived we were shocked to see how small the spaces were and what disrepair the RV park was in. We have a motorhome with 4 slide outs and tow a jeep. Our friends have a 30 foot trailer with 3 slide outs. The spaces assigned us were so small we could not get our RVs in them. The people next to ours had tents alongside their RVs which made it impossible to put our slides out. The trees were overgrown and the gravel lots were rutted

Great little park 11 miles from capital reef national park. Good internet and cell phones work here. I would say if you are reserving and you can reserve the spots farthest from the office the last one do it. There is a beautiful beautiful view otherwise you can walk to the end ( not far). Made a fire in the fire pit. They sell wood and ice at the office. Nice Mexican food Resturant next door with some good food. I would stay again. Only complaint I have was I guess you can check in at anytime someone showed up at 4:00 am next me and started making all kinds of racket setting up. I would recommend

Beautiful and clean campground down the street from Capitol Reef NP! Harry was so lovely and very accommodating to our needs. He let us pick our site and there were many tent spaces to choose from. They had showers, laundry and ice for reasonable price. Felt very comfortable and safe. We’ll be back! Thanks Harry! 😊

We had a site with an amazing view (#11). The grounds could use some TLC and the five potholes at the entrance really need to be filled. Owner contacted via phone the night before arrival and gave us all check-in details. Other than that, we no contact with anyone. Prime location for Capitol Reef National Park.

Great place to stay. Close to Capital Reef. Showers, bathrooms clean and adequate. Had a group of 28 youth and we all fit nicely. Great fire pit near water source. Pavilion was a total plus in the heat. Owners were very helpful and accommodating. I'd totally recommend this place for tenting, rv, or cabin camping.

Great stop! Friendly personal treatment. FULL RV hook ups and cute cabins. Sites are nice gravel some green and trees. Views are amazing from the RV site. Views improve towards the back of the RV park. If you want easy access to fish lake National park and hikes this is your spot. The open spaces around the RV park are amazing breathtaking even. RV site has a picnic table and fire pit with grill rack. Owner is great super accommodating. Great spot!

I don't know what that 2 star was about, this is a great RV resort. It's owned by a super nice couple who take care of their guests and their RV park. Sure, it's not as green and pristine as the RV park up the road but they care about their place. The other park seems to be pretty strict.
Also, it's dinner time and many of the campers are back, the wifi is working great. Also, hello, you are camping... I work from wifi but I'm never mad when the wifi isn't working out in RV/Campgrounds.
The showers are super clean as is the laundromat. The park has full hookups

We stayed here because of the rave reviews so I was expecting something really great however we were sadly disappointed.
CONS: There is a view but you can't see it from your campsite, the grassy area was a weed patch, when the campground filled up the internet was super slow, we have a trailer and there was not much room to set up a patio area.
PROS: Power, water and sewer worked fine. Bathroom and showers were pretty clean
This could be a great RV park with some hard work and TLC. There is a better park just up the road that we will stay in next time.

A small, but very clean and well run RV park. They have pull through sites with power, water, and sewer, as well as cabins and tent sites. The tent sites have windbreaks also. The bathrooms and showers were very modern and clean. The owners were great. As an added bonus, there is a really great restaurant right across the road (Cafe Diablo). We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We rented a cabin, which cost a total of about $43/night. The cabin was clean and comfortable. There is no AC, but it stayed pretty cool, especially at night. There is a bed, a fan and a couple of chairs and tables.
The shared bathrooms is a short walk away and they were clean. The showers have good water pressure and drained well. I like that they had recycling bins by the bathrooms.
The view from the park is pretty nice, especially at sunset. There were also a few porch cats in the morning and afternoon in front of the office. There are bicycles by the bathroom that you can borrow

How can I describe our stay? We were exhausted when we arrived and a little worried about being out in the middle of nowhere....Lol! Harry greeted us and made each step so easy. We rented the family room. It was simple but almost like staying at a family members home..The only SMALL complaint I have is the state of the mini fridge...it was a bit nasty...But for the price the cabin was well worth it....But the real deal was Harry and the view. He was so helpful and accommodating. My kids and I camped all the way from Cali to florida and we stayed at some pretty luxurious handsome basic places.,

Loved this place. Rented a cabin to go down to capitol reef for the weekend. Was CHEAP about $36 a night plus a flat $10 cleaning fee for our dog. Cabin was basic and lovely. They provide linens that are comfy and clean. Bathrooms and grounds are kept nice. Owners are great people! Will definitely be back.
