This is an excellent RV campground. They have the best/cleanest bathrooms around. We stayed 3 nights in our small Luna trailer in mid-January and had a great time. The staff was very helpful and the grounds were very well kept. The only down side is that the campground is a little farther from Zion National Park than we thought, but the extra miles are well worth it. We will definitely come back again.

Great location near Zion National Park, very good staff, and a nice pool and hot tub. Get a wifi extender or T-mobile service as Verizon doesn't have good coverage here. Don't miss the drive up to Hurricane Mesa while traveling here s is very close and quite scenic.

Beautiful RV park on the way to Zion NP. Good spacing between RVs, level site, full hook ups, clean laundry and shower facilities. Friendly staff. Loved the sound of the river behind our RV, so soothing. Only negative was weak WIFI signal.

Park is beautiful and its obvious a good location, its almost full to its max..the park offers shuttle service to Zion right at front of park. Our spot 74 and its on the exact same location of park and dog park entrance as well as backs up to highway traffic...so if you're a family this is your spot...as for us we don't have kids or a dog on this trip and it's noisy lots of children foot traffic through our spot..so if this bothers you stay away from the 50's-70's numbers...
Otherwise its awesome

The park is very clean, organized and full!
The spaces are all well planned except our space #74: our space is butt up to play ground area and the children playing at the
Playaground are dangerously vulnerable to slidding down slide and hitting their heads on our rig.
We don't have children with us so being on top of the playground doesn't work well for us, the park has dog parks ,laundry room, pool, spa, really cute store and full hook ups.
The plus too is the Zion National Park shuttle that picks up campers to take to Zion Park a few miles away. (Arrange for shuttle minimum of 1 week

This is the 48th park we have visited and stayed for 15 nights – highly recommend it. Clean, convenient, inner sites with concrete pads with nice space, all paved roads, beautiful surroundings, many convenient dumpsters, mature trees, nice store, nice pool, grassy areas and excellent staff are the basis for my review. For staff, two great examples the first hours we arrived. There was a water leak at the post and while finishing set up, a maintenance person was right there to replace a part and give me some excellent pointers of things to do. When settling my account, spoke to Dan who was super

This is a very nice campground. It is all gravel with some paved pads. The access to the campsites is good with enough room to back your camper into the back in sites. It is very clean, and the clientele is very good. There is a small store and gift shop. I did not rate it a five star because the laundry is really quite small for a campground of this size. The people are very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us when I forgot to make a reservation and thought I had.

Very pleasant stay! The sites are well kept all with nice shading, and very, very, clean and well kept. They have different amenities such as Pool, clean restrooms, social room, and most importantly a souvenir / essential store where you can find propane gas, toiletry essentials, water, ice, wood and cold drinks including beer. The hours of the store are super convenient. Located a short drive to Zion National Park or nearby town of Hurricane.

Nice RV resort. Quiet and nice facilities. Swimming pool, hot tub, store all easily accessible. Nice, friendly atmosphere. Only complaint are the tight, close sites. Back ins are a 20+ minute hassle to maneuver into. Just feet away from neighbors. Saw many pull throughs having same issues. Would return but now know what to expect.

This was a great place to call "home" for a week while we visited Zion National Park and the surrounding area. The staff were so kind and helpful. The sites were all cleaned upon our arrival and were organized well. The bathrooms and showers were always in good condition. My family loved coming back to the park and jumping in the pool after a long, hot day. Thank you for a great experience.

The resort and atmosphere was clean, fun and family friendly and would have gotten 5 stars if it hadn't been for a few reasons; laundry, reservation system, and site. First, only 3/4 washers was operational. Same goes for the dryers. Second, we paid, but we're never given site info. When we called to follow up, we were told we were never entered into the system and that we'd have to reschedule our vacation. After pressing the issue, my husband was offered a spot, but that we'd have to move once. Lastly, do not accept spot 64 if you will be spending any amount time in your "

First off I will say the staff and and the condition of the park was very nice. My issue we had was paying more for a spot that was considered river front when in fact you couldn't see the river, it was all gravel and the 5 foot wall that had "danger snakes" posted...they were also smaller than the regular spots to the point that it was difficult to park and pull out without asking your neighbor to move their tow vehicle. That would have been very helpful to know before we paid extra. Next time we will get the regular spot that was wider and also had grass and most important no snake

Deserves more than 5 stars: clean, well-managed, stellar customer service, well stocked gift shop/ campstore, great showers, restrooms, and laundry facilities, pool and spa, WiFi, cable, dog runs. It's a five star hotel, byo rig! Best "condo camping" experience we've had.

Customer service shout out to Destinee: after a 3 hour drive from Bryce, we arrived with our rig, were promptly escorted to our spot, and despite multiple attempts could not navigate into our assigned spot. Destinee observed the struggle from the office and without any fuss or action on our part reassigned

Stayed here for 2 nights with our 2 dogs and wow, this place is amazing! So close to Zion (~20 minute drive). Right when we got there, Dan helped us back perfectly into our spot as we're kind of newbies to our trailer. All the staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. The facilities are clean and the shop was a nice addition. I'd recommend this place to anyone coming through Zion!

This campground is amazing. This is our first road trip with camper and I hope all our camp stops are this perfect. Beautiful grounds, impeccably maintained. Clean showers and laundry. The whole staff is pleasant to talk to and there is a pool and hot tub. It is super quiet and dog friendly. I hope we come this way again as we will stay again! We came, we spent and we left.

Pluses-great gift shop, hookups, pool, short drive to Zion, clean!
Negatives-staff don't wear masked while walking through the gift shop, while they state covid pool rules it isn't enforced at all, spots are super close together, fire pits aren't really well situated -in some you can't even sit in a circle around them as you'd have to sit in the street

This place was perfect for our group of three rigs which were over 40 ft. We had pull-thrus on concrete with grass in between spaces. It has a cute store with lots of goodies to buy. The ladies at the counter were super sweet.

We didn't use the facilities but there was a laundry and shower area adjacent to our space (44). The campground was clean and well maintained.

We were 15 minutes from Zion National Park. There is a grocery store that connects to an Ace hardware about 4 miles from camp which is convenient. Also a Walmart 11 miles away.

All in all we would camp here again!

We literally booked space at the Zion River Resort ON THE WAY to Zion (smh) which is unheard of the first week of June but I cannot express how lucky we were to secure this! The first place we looked at was a little on the "too civilized" side as it was right next to a Wendy's - this was not what we were looking for. Showing up at Zion River Resort was EXACTLY what we were seeking. We scored a spot along the embankment on the other side of the river.

All campers were very nice but the most helpful was campworker Dan! As 3 new campers in a brand new trailer (think 3 stooges) Dan

Beautifully clean and friendly. We stayed in a cabin and it was clean and comfortable. We purchased the linen package. The beds are very comfortable and the restroom/shower/laundry room is directly across
the road and pristine.
The river is was low but very refreshing on a hot day.
The convenience/gift store had everything we needed!
So close to Zion too.

Still amazing as always...
the staff here is so great...
We were here for an annual event and the place is the same if not better over the last three years.

We utilize the tent camping space, of which they meticulously keep clean.

The bathrooms on site are very clean along with the showers and laundry room. Free morning coffee and evening events offered.

The security to the property was extra strict due to the large event nearby. I feel very safe on this property and an always treated like family.
