Brenda and her team have been a great support for me and my family. Everytime we have needed her she has been there for us. I had an abysmal experience with Brenda Ward's office. Her staff are unprofessional and provide terrible customer service. One of her staff members made an error that resulted in a frustrating and time-consuming 4-month dispute that Corporate eventually found in my favor. I understand that mistakes happen, but her office refused to own up to the mistake and did not take steps to rectify the issue. I repeatedly requested that Brenda Ward call me directly to discuss the issue, but I never received a call from her.

Brenda Ward’s State Farm Agency assisted my family during a critical time. The professionalism exemplified by her staff and personal calls to my home to ensure that me and my family were OK were absolutely amazing.
