Selecting from our array of essential oils, a custom blend is designed with the goal of the client in mind- stress relief, pain reduction, relaxation etc. The combination is then mixed into our massage lotion. Reiki energywork: Through the use of this technique, practitioners channel universal life energy (i.e., reiki) through the palms. In Reiki level 1, you will become 'attuned' to this energy and taught how to allow it to flow through you. You will be given the 1st Reiki symbol. You will learn how to incorporate this into a massage and why you might choose to do that.
Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of fire cupping therapy. Cupping uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body's soft tissues. We teach non fire cupping in this class but also give a demo and explain the traditional aspects of fire cupping for your own knowledge. YOU will be practicing NON fire cupping.

Perfect atmosphere and wonderful people. Julia is such a kind warm person. Stephen is an amazing massage therapist. His hands are magic. I’m completely off pain medication and muscle relaxers since I have been seeing Stephen for my bulging disc. He’s a miracle worker and very thoughtful. I would highly recommend a visit here ❤️
