My wife and I are senior citizens, so our budget is controlled. We needed new duct work. We called around and after some decision chosen Climate Control. They came as promise. Now the problem is the plenum was wrong. Duct work is covering where our heater vent pipe is to be place. Mr. Bobby Franks came back and looked at the hole not even go into… the attic to inspect and said that's the best the technicians could do. I had another HVAC guy look at the job they done. He said it was wrong, the should have done a trunk, instead they done a spider style which is easy and quicker, cheaper to

Do not use this company. Especially steer clear of Bobby Franks. That guy is more shady than any used car salesman I ever encountered. He duped me into buying a $15,000 system that was too big for my house, and which my return air vents couldn’t accommodate, but then later tried to convince me that the subsequent problems I had were not the system… and instead due to my duct work. He then proceeded to tell me that not only was my service plan and warranty not going to cover my repair, but that I also needed to pay to have all my duct work replaced. In addition, they raised the price
