My name is Darlene Cordaro, I have been running my own childcare for over 20 years. Growing up, my mom owned her own school which had over 250 children enrolled in it. This inspired me to open my own, as I always enjoyed being around children, and helping them to learn and grow. At our facility we think education is extremely important and learning should be encouraged and taught in a fun and safe environment.
Ms. Darlene- has owned and operated a childcare facility for 25 years. She has her degree in Early Childhood Education along with Water Safety, Nutrition, C.P.R. and First Aid. Ms. Darlene has taken many classes over the course of her 25 years so she can help enrich and encourage children. Ms. Darlene's main goal is to help each child reach their full potential and have fun while doing it.
Ms. Tracie has been working with young children for over 17 years. Tracie has a double major, Bachelor's of Arts and Elementary Education and American studies. She joined the team at Ms Darlene's in 2019 and loves the warm, family-like atmosphere. She loves doing crafts, singing and dancing with the children.
My children attended Ms. Darlene's childcare. We interviewed many providers but she was the best fit. Caring, dependable, energetic, compassionate- all the qualities you would want from someone entrusted to nurture your children. I highly recommend her childcare.- After a not so positive experience with someone caring for our son I found Ms Darlene's and set up an interview and tour of her in-home daycare.
Our infant program is customized to each family's individual needs. Our staff works with your family to develop a program that best fits the needs and lifestyle of your family. At Ms. Darlene's we realize that communication is key. To that end, we provide daily reports summarizing the activities of the day so you'll know when your child eats, sleeps, and plays.

Mrs. Darlene has a passion for taking care of children and it shows in everything she does. She treats every kid with individual attention and makes them feel like a priority. The staff is also fantastic and creative, spending lots of time and energy thinking of fun activities to get the kids engaged! Truly a special home away from home.

Ms. Darlene is an excellent childcare provider. She truly cares about the children and about hiring teachers who share her values of providing exceptional care and learning opportunities. The children at her center are polite and well behaved. They all are genuinely having fun every time I arrive to pick up my son. She also brings in activities from the community to provide enrichment such as having the Londonderry Fire Fighters do a demonstration and teach the kids fire safety. She understands how children learn through play and she provides a safe and positive environment for them to develop

I came to Ms Darlene's because I was looking for a child care place for my daughter. I have to say that I was extremely impressed. The place is extremely spacious, giving children lots of room to play; and the layout is unique and refreshing. When I came the teachers were warm and attentive and extremely friendly. I felt at ease as soon as I walked in.
I do have to say that I am shocked by the negative review by Amanda O. On here. I was shown around and saw the playpens folded up and neatly tucked away; Mats for nap time were all organized in a closet, and toys were in toy boxes. I did not

After carefully reviewing multiple area child care centers this place was not selected due to many reasons. Infant room doesn't have appropriate sleeping conditions. No cribs. Babies sleep in filthy bouncers or dirty pack n plays that have rips in the mesh. Parents please realize all it takes is for the teacher to have her back turned for only a minute (such as at the changing table in the back) for a baby's head to get stuck and strangled. In addition after hours all the toys in the room are tossed into the pack and plays right on top of the sheets already in there. Crib mattresses are
