I was fortunate to visit this fantastic shop on New Year’s Eve with my daughter, best friend, and her daughter. We spent over 2 hours admiring the gorgeous furs and accessories. The staff was absolutely lovely, knowledgeable, and possessed a keen sense of humor. I look forward to returning soon and adding to my collection:-).

Went into Sitka 3 times in one week. Met Anna the first night after dinner and drinks with friends. She was so helpful, patient, knowledgeable and cool I walked out with 5 coats and a pair of shoes..... fast forward a few nights. I stopped in again and mentioned what I was specifically looking for as far as style/color/price range and gave her my number. The following day she had pulled the most perfect items priced in my range (under 5k). I went back to try them on. Met the owner and his nephew (super cool guys). Walked out with two more coats and two more jackets! I was in between the two coats

I was visiting Park City and walked into this store to just browse their nice selections of coats, fur and etc. This nice guy by the name of Marcus approached me and asked if I needed any help. From that moment it was all the BEST customer service experience ever! He was so nice and helpful. He truly wanted to help me pick what I really liked. I love doing business with Marcus at the Sitka Fur Gallery! Two Days before Christmas I received a text about a beautiful, reversible mink jacket, that I knew would look great on my wife! I responded with a text, and a few minutes later I was talking with Marcus. He assured me that he would get the coat to me with 24 hours, in time for Christmas. I was concerned because we live in the Balck Hills of South Dakota, and it usually takes longer for things to get here. True to his word, it arrived before noon on December 24th! Wow! And even better, he checked in with me, to see if it arrived.

Horrible customer service. I was open to buying something and was trying on different hats. The store staff then came up to me and told me and my boyfriend that we were getting the hats dirty for people who actually wanted to buy them and basically kicked us out. In my opinion, take your business elsewhere.

The staff was completely rude. They are over-priced and claim their goods are all manufactured in Alaska. I'm not so sure about that. If they are, it's the cheapest material they can find. This place has a slimy, used car salesman sort of feel. Stay away from this place if you're afraid of being scammed. There are other stores nearby.

My girlfriend and I spent much time and money here in January 2017. I bought over $16,000 worth of merchandise. She bought several thousands of dollars worth as well. Jirem and James were helpful while in the store, but I have yet to receive my insurance/appraisal documents after 3 phone calls.
I had also asked for a pair of matching gloves and they made no effort to locate these for me. I felt that this was the least they could do for a 'good' customer.
Terrible follow up service.
I return to Park City every year- so I have the potential to bring others in or make an additional purchase

The merchandise is pretty nice here which is why i will give it two stars, but I was very turned off by the rude salesman running the shop. I was in this store ready to purchase a Cabela for my fiancee when I was approached by a gentleman. He was very unhelpful and made me feel uncomfortable being there. Right away I decided that I didn't want to be here shopping. Not sure if he was judging me based on my ski gear or what, but it was a very unwelcoming experience.

Wow! What awful customer service we received. Being that some of us are from LA and we love fur items we were excited to see the variety of inventory at this shop upon entering. Apparently our enthusiasm translated to "non-serious" buyers as the sales clerk was quick to jump to this conclusion. Right away we were told to leave the shop. This in fact was not the case at all. We currently own many fur items and as we walked out we were shocked by the poor treatment. Of course we left the store appalled. I love this place! Nothing like wrapping yourself in a little fur to keep you warm in the snow and Alaska Fur Gallery has an amazing selection of modern shearling, chinchilla fur trim, full length sheared mink, and my favorite the white and black spotted lynx coat with white fox trim.
Located on charming Main Street in Park City, this place has high quality furs for a very reasonable price, (for fur at least). Not all fur coats are created equal. I love the coats here, because they have modern designs, great pieces, and top notch casual service with a wealth of knowledge.
