Update: VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
My rating for this company was given after receiving very poor customer service and several failed attempts to receive a full refund. I was not given what I ordered…plain and simple. The fact that Sparkle in Pink has been dishonest and tried to discredit me is especially disappointing, and unprofessional on their behalf. I have included reviews from others that have experienced the same issues.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I realize we live in a state that is mostly LDS, but to discriminate against others who are not and do not fit "the perfect mold". I will not be coming here and will discourage others from coming. Management needs to get employees in check because I do see a “clique” and I will not support a business who allows their female employees to bully and speak about others who do not fit their criteria while they are in the store. Would rather gouge my own eyes out than support a female business that’s support their employees attacking and not empowering other

First time shopper at this company. The clothes that I picked out are cute enough, but my daughter really wanted to get the surprise box. DO NOT PURCHASE THE SURPRISE BOX! Ugliest outfits ever. The quality of clothes from the surprise box is horrible... Money wasted. I think they throw the clothes that they can't sell into the box! Looking at the picture on the website, I thought I would get something cuter. You would think they would try to "wow" their customers so they would return or refer their friends. Not happy with my experience here.

POOR customer service! Received a shipment today as a first time customer. I was not happy with one of the bows. I had hoped for the price it would have been better quality.
I called customer service to see what I needed to do to get a different one. I was having issues getting my email up to get my order receipt. That irritated the customer service rep and she was incredibly rude to me. I am OBSESSED with Sparkle in Pink! They have the most darling clothes at great prices. They also have a pickup option, so if you live within a reasonable distance, you save on shipping costs. The clothing is wonderful quality and I have never been disappointed in any way with my purchases. Plus, my girls always LOVE when they get items from SIP.
