Called and spoke to a rep. Got a general quote for a car windshield replacement. Then set up a time and place to have car repaired over a couple of phone calls. Rep told me to text him information about the car so they could get the right windshield. I sent the requested info via text within an hour of his request and then asked about payment methods. Later that day I got a text message response from another number responding to my text message about payment options. Assuming the rest of the information had been received as well and not hearing anything else from the rep, I waited till the next

The representative was timely courteous quick professional he actually was able to fit me in hours before my schedule appointment just running it by if I was available if I would want to have it done sooner than later it was right on the money it was done before I knew it I would have never known he was there except for the brand new one show great job
