I had been with State Farm for over 15 years total and Sharon was my agent for of those years. While in the process of purchasing a home I asked Sharon for a homeowners policy quote. The process was painful enough just to get a quote and the amount was outrageous. Her quote was about $800 a year more than the quote I got from Allstate. I asked her if there was anything else she could offer and she never responded. Naturally, I went with Allstate and requested Sharon cancel my car and renters policies. She demands the declaration pages for my car insurance and homeowners policy with Allstate. I

Very nice to deal with. The nicest state farm agent I have dealt with. However state farm is a mess. Their agents can sell and give quotes . That's it. Don't expect help besides them giving you a 1 800 number.

I have been insured by State Farm for several years. I went to Sharon Owens' office because it was located close to my home. I was given the lowest premium quotes for my auto and home owners insurance without having to sacrifice decent coverage. I have always been treated with the utmost courtesy and concern when I call or stop in with a question. I feel like they really care about me as a person not just as a faceless customer with a number. It's a pleasant change to actually look forward to talking to your insurance agent.
