Mother was there 3 weeks/ fell 5 times was never xrayed
Put her on an antidepressant 1st day without our consent probably contributed to falling
We took her to Er she had uti that we had expressed concern about they did nothing about pneumonia and tested positive for COVID-19
Wonder where she got that?

This facility is understaffed and not qualified to handle patients with dementia related behavioral issues. Communication is lacking and they lose things. When they are ready to get rid of your loved one, they are not sympathetic and very rude. They say they are a memory care facility, but take that with a grain of salt... If your loved one is very docile with Alzheimer Dementia, they can maybe handle that. Don't be deceived by the name of their facility. They brag about being a memory care facility, but really are just assisted living and not qualified for memory care.

I have done some consulting work with this company off and on since they have opened. They treat their residents with care and respect. They have loyal and dependable employees that truly love what they do and it shows in the way they care for the residents. I would not hesitate to put my loved one here as I see care that goes above and beyond what is required. Anytime I have been called to assist them in anyway I was always treated respectfully as well.

Belfair is the best place for long term care! The administration there care for your loved ones as if they were your own! The negative reviews are from former workers that did not meet the expectations of the level of care the administration requires. I know those that manage the care here personally and you can rest assured your loved ones will be taken care of better than any other long term care facility!

I have been very pleased with the response to any concerns that we have had about my loved one who lives at Belfair. The staff are always nice and respectful, even taking time to answer me during their off time. They are very personable, greet me with a smile and usually have a funny story to tell me about my loved one. My loved one seems to be very happy which makes me happy!

Girlfriend and best friend were let go due to “COVID” They worked during thanksgiving and Black Friday, and after missing the next two days due to sickness, the threat of their employment termination is at hand apparently. Staff is very rude to the patients, as well as any other staff. No one feels welcomed, and the company threatens not only to fire employees, but also to withhold their holiday pay. I’m almost certain that is against the law here in the state of Oklahoma. You work a day, you should be compensated for it. Not have it taken away.

If I could leave -0 stars. My mother was left in bed for days at a time bed sores, left in restraints and spoken to worse than a dog. Hostile attitude when I told them my mother was leaving with me. I went out to make a call, she told me a staff member came and told her she she would give her something to remember Belair by and hit her in the stomach. Patients are called humiliating names. My mom theft that day. They have pretty pictures on their site, don't be fooled. I am look representation. Mostly glad my mom is out of there
