I, and my whole family, am grateful for Fountainbrook and their incredible staff. They made it possible for my parents to stay together when Mom broke her hip. They give excellent care. They have wonderful food. But I am most appreciative of they genuine affection and attention the entire staff shows to all the residents. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone needing any level of independent or assisted living.

I worked there as a CNA for a few months and really enjoyed it, however some of the other CNAs aren't that great. Not that I'm trying to call anyone out, but I've had residents complain to me specifically by their name. The facility is really great but the higher staff such as the DON and the administrator don't do a very good job of taking care of the nurses. For example, we had a resident that took three of us to lift (which it should only take two) we nearly broke our backs and our director did nothing about our complaints. Another thing is that I was grabbed by a resident's family member (which

If your looking for a facility for a loved one that has mild to medium stage Alzheimers/Dementia please do NOT place them at FountainBrook Assisted Living & Memory Support!!
The facility is nice and new but the level of care in the memory unit is substandard at best. I stayed with my mom for the first week and after voicing my concerns to the memory unit director ..who I rarely saw in the memory unit, and one other manager I took my mom back home..losing every bit of the $5,000+ that was paid...only after I removed her was I informed that a written 30 day notice was required to receive any money

There is a huge difference in care recieved between an assisted living facility with a memory care unit and a facility whose only focus is memory care. Unfortunately, we were not aware of this difference when we chose this facility. It was 5 minutes from my parents house and a beautiful place, so we thought it would be great for my dad and my mom could easily visit him. He was in the later stages of Alzheimer's when he moved in. The staff is not well trained in memory care and was not interested in a patient that was more "work" than wheelchair bound, TV watching, forgetful senior. Within 3 days
