Dr. Pledger graduated from the University of Utah College of Medicine in 1977 with his Doctor of Medicine degree. In 1982, Dr. Pledger completed the Plastic Surgery Program at Southeast Michigan. Specifically, he has completed advanced training in endoscopic facial surgery.

I had to have my lipo done twice because I had zero results. He had no explanation as to why this happened. Stated my second time would cost me only the fee to pay the anesthesiologist. They contacted my next of kin to ask about my payments. It eventually cost me nothing became they didn't follow the HIPPA guidelines, and disclosed confidential info. Ask many questions about if it has bad results and how he can fix it.

Dr. Pledger is an amazing doctor. He listened to what I wanted and helped me devise a healthy and safe plan. He is very friendly, has an excellent bedside manner, and always greeted me with a smile. He was very concerned about my care and saw me often after my surgery to ensure I was healing properly. His also has an amazingly caring and wonderful staff. My scar is barely noticeable! I will definitely come back to him in the future for other needs!

So highly recommended. He is the best. The most experienced. The man is an artist and knows his trade. I wouldn't recommend anybody else. I am a hospital nurse and have seen shoddy careless jobs by others; but not this man.
So I took the plunge and decided to get some cosmetic work from Dr Pledger. I am so glad I did.... I've never felt (or looked) better in my life. So I trusted him to do scar revisions on 3 of my kids as well- and they turned out flawless.
His bedside manner is awesome. He put me at ease- even my 3 young kids! (Which is no easy feat btw ).

I had the best experience with Dr. Pledger. I went in for a Brest Aug and he was so honest with me about what would look best and work best for my body shape and overall look I was trying to achieve. Even the surgery center (who is unaffiliated with his clinic, said he is the best). He seemed to really care about my feelings and overall experience. I was so happy with my results. They look so natural! Most people are shocked when I tell them they're all silicone. I love his staff too! Nurse Tami is my fav and all the office people are so nice and accommodating.
