They have your back when when you need someone to support you. Everything from your NYCID to loan to cover your child’s medical expenses or to refinance your existing high interest debt. You will never ever speak to a real human this bank is a joke - they text you !!! This is how they communicate, they text you ... they make you play the telephone olympics just to speak to some virtual assistant that’s likely a rude bi..:. And then if they feel like it they text you - please review all of your options before you come here they close most of the working day so u can’t access your own money and they don’t answer the phone if u want to text your bank and get the run around put on your dancing shoes cuz they play all the games - just not a good bank - nine of those numbers lead

Place is wonderful. I only went to get my NYC id - I didn't use the services the credit union offers. But the people occupying the space for NYC id applications (resident id that grants discounts and memberships on NYC activities) were great. They were super helpful and funny, even. What a great service provided to our communities. Easy to find, right off the A train @168 and on an obvious corner off 166&st nic.
