They are very prompt. I didn’t wait long at all. I was in and out with 20 minutes or so. They seem to change providers often but I haven’t had a bad experience with any. The office is very clean and the staff are very professional. They have a long waiting list but if you are asked to be put on the cancellation list, they will certainly get you in within a matter of a few days.

Check in was fast and efficient. I was called back to an exam room within 5 minutes. A quick confirmation of the reason for my visit was completed. Then the NP came in to complete the exam within a few minutes. She was thorough and spent time talking with me about my concerns. I felt all were addressed appropriately. I was done in 30 minutes.

Went here years ago, and was transferred to a different doctor because of a serious condition. Upon returning was told we were "new patients" and they don't accept those anymore. Office staff was talking to each other while I was speaking to them, and just cut me off mid sentence. Unprofessional office staff. Providers were fine when we went if you can get through the bureaucracy.
